generate always new certificate due to a bad test on the domains

the task : "Register certificate domains" is based on the keyword "Domains" but now "certbot certificates" output is

with "Identifiers" instead of "Domains"

@geerlingguy could you take a look when you have some spare time?

This is a pretty critical bug as the role now causes Certbot's ratelimit exhaustion with all the certs it generates.

I think changing the grep Domains to grep -e Domains -e Identifiers would do the trick.

EDIT: I've forked the repo and released under C0rn3j.certbot with a fix for this + the hanging Fedora PR.
