Emulate four channels out of the five available on the APU.
DMZ channel will be implemented separately.

• Use a vcpkg overlay to link the latest version of RTAudio
• Change the system bus scheduling to be based on audio sample request callbacks
• Use the LUT APU emulation from https://www.nesdev.org/wiki/APU_Mixer#Emulation
