Problem when saving business values

It overwrites current issues, instead of adding them.

Could you give me some more info into what you did to get this behaviour?
I've been experimenting with adding issues and all sub issues are even added while the already selected ones stay selected

It uses PUT requests to overwrite the data, but the frontend should have the issues that were already part of the business value selected for you so you can continue removing or adding from the list. Maybe retrieving the previous selected issue failed for some reason, im checking out the code but cant find an obvious fault
