Diff two different files

Summary

I was trying to compare two different branches who should have exactly the same files, exactly alike. To my surprise there were some differences in layouts which didn't make sense. It seems that a layout from a custom object got confused for a custom Account layout.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. I deleted form all the branches in question the layout: Account-OW_Distribution_Partners_Community_Layout
2. I added to all the branches in question a new Object with the layout: OW_Form_Submission__c-Form Submission Layout
3. I then created a Pull-Request from the main branch to my uat branch and got differences, where one layout was mistaken by another

Expected result

The expected result would be having no differences between the two branches.

This last image comes from a Pull-Request from main to uat

Why did this happened?
