Add support for building multiple cap files

[slomo]

• remove restriction that each javacard extension might only contain a single cap file
• introduce wrapper task for all cap files and create for each cap file on of the currently implemented tasks
• add some dependencies management between cap files
• bring generated EXP files into path to compile dependent cap files
