Should show insufficent balance when trying to pay too large of an invoice

Summary

I had 1 Sat in my balance and tried to pay an invoice of 1 sat + fees, and the error I got was
Failed to send payment

This is accurate but it would be useful to inform the user that their balance is insufficient.

We should get some sort of error message when we pay, and then display it to the user.
some include.

• Routing error
• Insufficient balance
• invoice expired
• etc
