When fsarchiver encounters a partition it can't read, it aborts. It would be useful if there was an option to just make compressed image of that partition so that at least it could be backed and restored. The Microsoft reserved partition is one such. Although there are ways around it and I. Many cases you don't really need to back it up, it would be convenient to be able to do so if you choose.
