Salam3aleykom

Thank you for maintaining this invaluable resource for the Muslim community. We are building Zad (getzad.fr), a French-language Islamic web application, and we plan to use your API as the primary source for our hadith library.
Before integrating the French editions (fra-bukhari, fra-muslim, fra-nawawi, fra-ibnmajah, fra-nasai, fra-malik, fra-qudsi), we have two important questions regarding scholarly credibility:

  1. Translation source — Who translated the French editions? The author field is currently "Unknown" for all French editions. Can you identify the translator(s) or the publication from which these translations were taken?
  2. Arabic textual reference — Which Arabic edition or manuscript was used as the source for the Arabic text (ara-bukhari, ara-muslim, etc.)? For example, is it based on the Fath Al-Bari edition, the Dar Tawq al-Najah edition, or another reference?
This information is essential for us to properly attribute the content and ensure the scholarly integrity of our platform for French-speaking Muslims.
    JazakAllahu khairan for your work.
