Help needed: API stuck in "Pending Commercial Approval" since January

I am writing to ask for help with my developer API. I am trying to convert my personal app to commercial access, but it has been sitting in a perpetual state of "Pending Commercial Approval" since January of this year.

I don't see any further steps or forms I can fill out on my end to push this forward. I have sent numerous emails to developer support over the past few months asking for a status update, but I have received absolutely no response.

Has anyone else experienced wait times this long to get commercial access? If anyone knows a better way to get in touch with someone or how to get this unstuck, I would really appreciate the guidance.
