Mapping Refunds to Order Items

Hi,
I have a question regarding refunds when using the getShopReceipt endpoint.

I can retrieve a list of refunds, including their amounts and other details.

However, I'm having trouble understanding how to associate each refund with specific order items.
Is there a way to determine which refund corresponds to which item in an order?

We have this same question. There is no item for refunds.transaction_id or refunds.listing_id
