Fix current issues with solopasha hyprland copr and F42/43

What's wrong?

The solopasha/hyprland copr no longer appears maintained and now has a number of package conflicts with Fedora 42/43. We need to find suitable solution, ideally not relying on another third-party copr.

Thanks @archdron, I will take a look at this as a temporary solution when I have some time to review.

Temporarily fixed by a move to the sdegler/hyprland COPR, see commit dcfb60a. Closing for now.
