Describe the bug
On some documentation pages (for example: https://www.elastic.co/docs/deploy-manage/monitor/logging-configuration/query-logs#set-up-by-deployment-type), tabs initially display only their names. The tab content loads only after clicking a tab. This doesn't happen on all pages with tabs. The behavior feels similar to 'progressive disclosure,' but it may be unintentional. Possibly related to 'applies-switch' or a caching issue. Observed on both Chrome and Safari.
Expected behavior
All tabs should display their content on initial load as expected, without requiring the user to click them first.
Steps to reproduce
- Open the URL: https://www.elastic.co/docs/deploy-manage/monitor/logging-configuration/query-logs#set-up-by-deployment-type
- Observe that tabs only show their names until one is clicked.
- After clicking any tab, its content loads.
- This does not occur on all pages with tabs.
- May need to use an incognito window or clear cache to reproduce.
