better support M1

after prebuild/node-gyp-build#40 is merged upgrade our dependencies to the related node packages

I added some workaround steps in #526 so you can build for either architecture under M1 now. Still, would be awesome if we could have some kind of universal node build that can be used by nodejs that was build for either arch.
