For some reason Codecov fails on new uploads

Have looked at this multiple times and I genuinely cannot figure out what is going wrong. This error contains no useful information on what is actually occurring, and the reference page is equally useless.

My hunch is that it's an issue with changing the runners, as I made no changes to the action itself when this started occurring. With no trace or actual error info, I don't see how else to resolve beside brute forcing possible issues. Maybe it's time to move to coveralls.

Update: despite Codecov's vague error reporting , I believe the issue is the path for the coverage is not relative to the root of the repository. How/when/why this changed, I am not sure. How I did not discover this sooner, I am also not sure. Anyways, #94 should fix this.
