CAN-4: Ollama tutorial with real screenshots from UTM VMs

Task

Use UTM virtual machines (macOS/Linux/Windows) to:

1. Install Ollama on each platform
2. Take screenshots of each installation step
3. Replace placeholder content in TutorialPage with real screenshots
4. Add Virtual Buddy / Ollama.app GUI screenshots for Mac

Prerequisites

• UTM installed ✅
• Need to set up macOS, Ubuntu, Windows VMs in UTM
• Take screenshots during Ollama installation on each

Technical

• Screenshots go in public/images/tutorial/
• Update src/pages/TutorialPage.tsx to reference real images

Priority: High (core content for conversion funnel)
