Establish community Slack channel

I would like a way to reach out to maintainers, users and community members in general. Suggesting to establish a channel for Accurate on the Kubernetes Slack.

Accurate project belongs to cybozu-go organization and does not have enough users to form a community.
As a means of communication, how about starting with GitHub Discussions?
