change package name

currently it's kinda awkward to have to type full name, since source is here, we can just move to simple "tinka".

I think there's 1 package by that name, that was me, but I'll try to unpublish that and try to publish tinka there :)

This is going to be breaking change, so I'm assigning v2 milestone,

we will also need to do trunk based development for this part because we want to have all breaking change in 1 release so it's easy for people to move to new version (and we don't go v3 within span of 1 month)
