In the docs for podman pod ps, it is not made clear what the command does with no arguments.
The synopsis states that it "lists the pods on the system", which could technically refer to only running pods or all pods on the system.
The examples state that it both lists only running pods and lists all current pods.
Can somebody clarify which of these it shows and update the docs accordingly?
