Feature request to turn on modes +nt on join of a channel by default

Feature request to turn on modes +nt on join of a channel by default as a configurable option. Most networks do this and I think it's a sane default to use.

Channel modes on channel join should be user configurable in the ircd conf.

We'll do this after the configuration of plugins has been completed and we actually have a working set of configuration(s).

Oh as another thought when services are being used on the ircd configuration channel mode +s = secret should also be on by default until the channel is registered.

I'm not sure I agree re +s and services? I'm not sure why you'd want to automatically hide unregistered channels?

This could/should be something that services do anyway... But this is kind of off-topic (services that is).
