Integrator precision and PME settings

Do we mean to have CUDA set to double precision in testsystems.configuration? while OpenCL is set to mixed precision?

We should also make sure to set DeterministicForces to True for CUDA, since otherwise the PME forces will not be deterministic (which may cause problems with accumulating shadow work).
