[Feature] Copilot can pre-define Engine and MCP

Problem Description
Some copilots really specialised and may require

• very easy AI engine, no reason to use default or any hi-cost models
• specific AI engine and set of MCP because of prompt specific and business process

Proposed Solution
Copilot settings
add fields
predefined AI engine
Activate MCP

Additional Context
By default i'm using high cost model, some time forget to disable/enable MCP
And this miss configuration can be found to late, cost additional tokens, answers quality degradation
