Can the Keplr application on the mobile phone be awakened by the third-party app of the mobile phone?

I want to develop a mobile-based cosmos application app on ios/android, and the basic functions I want to achieve are:
- I want to wake up the Keplr wallet on my phone through my cosmos application app on the phone , so as to achieve account signing in and some other signing operations. Can this be achieved?
