Update Online Play to add Pretendo

Nintendo's servers have now been shut down, so the guide should reflect that by mentioning setting up Pretendo with their Wii U first.

How to use Pretendo with Cemu:

Requirements:
CFW
Dumpling
A Wii U
A PC
(if using Aroma/Tiramisu/Mocha CFW use the online exploit at dumplingapp.com or use a usb stick)

1. Open Dumpling and dump required files for Cemu Online
2. Remove your dump destination after it's done and find the files
3. Take the otp.bin and seeprom.bin and move to the /AppData/Roaming/Cemu folder
4. Open up "ACCOUNT NAME"/mlc01/ and take usr and sys folders
   5.Open up your MLC folder (if not custom it's AppData/Roaming/Cemu/mlc01)
5. Paste (If files are the same replace all)
6. Go to Cemu, Options, General Settings, Account; Select your account and enable Pretendo mode
7. Enjoy

(MAKE SURE YOU DON'T REMOVE THE ACCOUNT FROM THE WIIU, OR ELSE IT WILL NO LONGER WORK)
