Hi, That is not possible yet, though it is an interesting idea. There is currently no logic that checks whether a movie is marked as watched in both Plex and Jellyfin before syncing it to Trakt. Sync pairs currently work only between one source and one destination, and all sync logic is built around that model. Pair 1: syncs new watch history between Plex and Jellyfin in both directions (two-way) but does not remove anything. Run Pair 1 for a few days first, and if CrossWatch stays stable without any strange errors, then move on to the next step. Pair 2: sends new watch history from Plex to Trakt only (one-way) and does not sync removals. Or you can do two-way, thats also fine, but makes it more complicated. as example: |

I appreciate the through response, I will look into this right away. Looking at the Scheduling options in Crossync, is it possible to set a job to run more frequently than once an hour? Ex: Every 15 minutes. I’m a bit confused about the intended use case for the CrossWatch provider. Is it supposed to function as an internal backup? For instance, could I run two-way sync between Jellyfin and CrossWatch, as well as Plex and CrossWatch, and then sync CrossWatch with Trakt? I also see see support for Tautulli. What added functions do you get when connecting Tautlli over (or in addition to) Plex? |

Hello, Looking at the Scheduling options in Crossync, is it possible to set a job to run more frequently than once an hour? Ex: Every 15 minutes. This will be supported in the next release, version I would actually recommend you wait a few days to finalize your configuration until That said, each user remains responsible for how frequently their APIs are called. Running a job every 15 minutes is quite aggressive. For your own servers, such as Plex, this is not a problem. For external trackers, it can be. Trakt is generally more forgiving, but not all providers or trackers are as tolerant. I’m a bit confused about the intended use case for the CrossWatch provider.
I also see see support for Tautulli. What added functions do you get when connecting Tautlli over (or in addition to) Plex? You do not get any additional functionality. Tautulli support is mainly intended for users who still have historical data in Tautulli that is no longer present in Plex. Dont use it if you have your data in Plex, else duplicates and stuff can happen. More info can be found here; |

Hi everyone,
I use both Plex and Jellyfin daily to watch my media and I’m trying to keep everything in sync automatically.
What I want is:
Basically I want Plex ↔ Jellyfin ↔ Trakt to stay synced automatically.
I’ve looked at the Sync Pairs in CrossWatch, but I’m a little confused about the best way to structure this setup.
What’s the recommended way to configure the sync pairs for this?
Any examples of working configurations would be really helpful.
Thanks!
