Fail to use it in ArcGIS Pro (2.4.1)

I try to use it in ArcGIS Pro (2.4.1) and it fail to run the toolbox. Is it possible to run in the future?

Sorry this is not being maintained.
However I think I was running this in ArcGIS Desktop.
