Pod install - LoadError - cannot load such file -- kconv

If you have xcframework and use default rn-bb template for Ruby 3.4.0 you can see this exception on pod install.

to Gemfile

Experiencing the same issue with our example app in MapLibre RN. @Alexufo how did you come up with that fix?

I'm wondering what broke, because I think I haven't changed dependencies or my setup.

It's an upstream issue: ckruse/CFPropertyList#74

I did not mean for it to be closed 😅 The issue is still there. I have to manually add gem 'nkf', but I was wondering if this can also be "done" here

@itsramiel we don't ship a Gemfile though. It comes from the react native template.
