[PSE001] IfcSpatialZone partially missing in validation of property sets

I have the impression that IfcSpatialZone is not properly dealt with in PSE001.

The "pset_definitions.csv" has an empty entry for Pset_SpatialZoneCommon (row 354)

Pset_SpaceCommon on row 339 only refers to IfcSpace and not IfcSpatialZone, while it is documented as being applicable for this entity:

Your comparing the IFC4 csv with the IFC4.3 HTML spec.

The IFC4 HTML spec seems to have the same issue [0] with an unfinished spatial zone

I think the IFC4.3 csv is correct [1]
