Looking at IfcEvent compared to IfcProcedure, could Figure 5.3.3.3.1.1.A — Procedure relationships be adapted/used to better represent events and their usage?

Event information and usage brief and does not fully explain usage compared to procedure, which does a better job at explaining itself, and gives great context to events.

The diagram shown in IfcProcedure, Figure 5.3.3.3.1.1.A — Procedure relationships could be used to provide an overview of the relationship, allows reusability to show this IfcRelSequences better.
