[BUG] Tooltip for "Force Session Upload" appears to be wrong

Describe the bug
The tooltip for the Force Session Upload seems to show the wrong (and possibly deceptively scary) information.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the profiles manager
2. Navigate to Sync Options
3. Hover over the "Force Session Upload" checkbox in Advanced options

Expected behavior
An explanation reflecting the correct function of "Force Session Upload" based on this: https://github.com/abraunegg/onedrive/blob/master/docs/application-config-options.md#force_session_upload

Just an update: This incorrect tooltip appears to be present also for "Delay inotify processing" and "Bypass data preservation".
