Reduced driver minimum latency and added support for low-latency configurations (6, 12, 16 frames)

With contributions from @DatanoiseTV, the driver’s minimum latency has been lowered, and low-latency configurations are now stable at 6 frames (125 µs), 12 frames (250 µs), and 16 frames (333 µs).
