Date Time Picker for "Voting starts at..." not working correctly in Firefox

The "Voting starts at..." field and the "Voting ends at..." field rely on a date-time picker and do not allow manual text input.

In Firefox, the picker only provides a date selector but no option to specify the time. Because manual input is disabled, users cannot enter complete date-time values.
