BUG: Navbar Alignment and Toggle Visibility Issue on Careers Page

Bug Summary

The light-to-dark mode toggle switch was not visible on the Careers page due to navbar alignment issues. After fixing the navbar, the toggle switch became visible, and the navbar elements were properly aligned. Additionally, items such as Courses, Trends, Tools, Blogs, Quiz, Games, and MAPS were moved under an "Explore More" dropdown, ensuring consistency across all pages.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Careers page (careers.html) in a browser.
2. Observe the navbar alignment.
3. Notice that the light-to-dark mode toggle switch is not visible.
4. Check for the inconsistency in the placement of items like Courses, Trends, Tools, Blogs, Quiz, Games, and MAPS across pages.

Expected Behavior

• The light-to-dark mode toggle switch should have been visible and functional without alignment issues in the navbar.
• Items such as Courses, Trends, Tools, Blogs, Quiz, Games, and MAPS should be consistently placed under "Explore More" across all pages.
