Hi, for the migration from AWS AppRunner to ECS Express, can you create example Docker Image and Github Actions for each of the 7 language source builds using the apprunner.yaml configuration files? Can you provide specific examples and documentation on how a default or specific apprunner.yaml AppRunner configuration file can be converted?
Many AWS AppRunner systems are configured using the apprunner.yaml definitions and pre-determined runtimes. Instead of creating a from scratch documentation, this issue is to ask to provide a set of scripts/documentation for an agent to convert an apprunner.yaml file automatically to the right GHA+ECR and ECS Express system.
For instance, there are currently 7 source runtimes configured by AWSAppRunner
- Python platform
- Node.js platform
- Java platform
- .NET platform
- PHP platform
- Ruby platform
- Go platform
There is a lot of ambiguity in-between the migration instructions outlined in AWS AppRunner Availability Change and Migration steps and a running ECS Express system.
