Failing to do a local installation

Hello,

I would like to have some of my students try opendc on Windows. I am currently searching about how to run the web UI version locally on my machine but failing to find documentation. Would anyone have this ?
On the website i find a use case with IntelliJ IDEA in pure code right now but some months ago i think i remember that there were documentation on the website running the UI (like the online version).
Why would i like to run the UI locally ? Well it seems the online version is stuck running simulation right now and i like to have offline backup of little softwares and projects and this project seems very interesting to introduce some notion of green computing and data centers knowledge.
Also i dont mind switching to a ubuntu VM on something like virtualbox if this make it easier to help me.
