Benchmark compile time speed

Would it be possible to test which of the pre-compiled template engines is the fastest to compile?

That would indeed be a very interesting metric! For rinja I added a compile-speed benchmark: bench-build. I guess it would not be too difficult to re-use the idea for the different template engines we compare in here. I'll think about how to implement such a benchmark.
