Improve Mobile UI

Please enhance the mobile UI/UX while keeping the desktop layout untouched. To contribute:

1. Create a branch or fork off Arm-Developer-Labs-Staging.

2. Describe your mobile-specific UI/UX improvements in your PR, including:

   • Screenshots showcasing your changes on the mobile interface.
   • A brief summary of what you updated and how it boosts the site’s usability and design quality.

Hi Pattaswamy,

Thanks a lot for the effort on the “109 - Improve Mobile UI" issue.

We really like the approach of using a dedicated _responsive.scss to handle the mobile UI.

While testing, we noticed a few alignment issues on some desktop pages and at different resolutions (e.g., iPad/tablet sizes). Could you please review the full site again across desktop and tablet breakpoints and make adjustments if needed? Feel free to open an updated PR after that.
