Add a label to indicate player is a minor

I will say having a "Minor" label, where their exact age isn't public but enough notice for Monarchy members to be able to quickly identify them when doing Quarterly Reports/Audits of reports and this way if they visit a different park the different Monarchy team is aware they need to be accompanied by an adult may be a good idea.

This will not be allowed. We've been down the route where having a list of birthdays that someone can use to identify minors would be a bad thing. Having a flag would be the same.
