I made a draft configuration file for the indices here, using the same structure as [indexwc](https://github.com/pfmc-assessments/indexwc): [configuration.csv](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/26070442/configuration.csv) Lets modify and develop it as needed, including adding columns for compositional estimates (or perhaps that could be separate).
