Blog Post Web Interface

• Looks like the Ghost Blog web interface.
• some simple Python code just reformats into markdown Pelican style post.
• this operates on repo on our server
• uses Github API to Authenticate author and push the code, then regen site standard way (see make and grunt files)
• ties into code for checking metadata and updating all posts to have a default metadata. @austinkwok
• ties into code for project proposal and github comments project proposal and organizing #37

reason is so that can post while at school (or without our laptops in general) without being overly hacky
