Automatic Sensor Connection

Hi all,

the OS on the main system and NUCs is Windows 10 Education. I would like the cameras automatically to the Volcap. I have done all the steps related to Remote Eye successfully. but, when I open the Volcap on the main pc, the sensor doesn't add automatically. Is it because of the Type of Windows 10?
