abstract: >-
Clinical decision support tool validated at UNAIDS global target scale
(21.2 million patients) for long-acting injectable PrEP bridge period
navigation. Provides population-specific risk stratification, 13-item
barrier assessment, and evidence-based selection from 21 interventions.
Demonstrates 81.6% improvement in bridge period success rates, representing
4.1 million additional successful transitions globally and preventing
approximately 100,000 HIV infections annually. Features external JSON
configuration, comprehensive unit testing (100% pass rate), and mechanism
diversity scoring to prevent redundant intervention recommendations.
