Downloading volumes/chapters that were uploaded as .cbz with export to cbz become double cbz

Steps to reproduce

1. Get a source that uploads in .cbz (Madokami for example)
2. Download something

Expected behavior

It shouldn't create cbz.cbz files, files that are .cbz already shouldn't be compressed.

Actual behavior

You have the file as cbz.cbz

It's actually a simple in code fix and I did fix that bug in my repo, but I'm not a Kotlin dev, so it's a quite ugly fix, as I didn't even get to know the rest of the code.
