How to join Core Team Member? 如何加入核心團隊成員? (下稱欲加入者為candidate)

流程:

  1. 填表單(https://forms.gle/oE3AUChoMqkhruD79) ，約費時 22 分鐘。
  2. 請candidate自行開 issue，tag 選join core team，標題寫[Join Core Team]，並留下填表單的 email，以加速書審。
  3. 通過書審後我們會寄信聯繫candidate，通知面試時間，再請candidate提早排開行程(面試通常每月一次，面試時間會寫在這份readme)。
  4. 面試上會根據candidate書審填的表單，對candidate進行提問，此舉為確保candidate與 SuiAuidit Lab core team 方向一致，也避免candidate有錯誤期待。
  5. 面試中途會有一 break time(此時core team member每人會對candidate進行 1-10 分的評分，平均超過 8 分即錄取。)，並當場公布結果。
  6. 審核期: candidate需和core team一起工作一個月，期間candidate須完成指定工作、每次準時交付程式碼。
  7. 審核期期間，若candidate表現不適任(e.g.代辦事項沒做、會議遲到超過 10 分鐘且沒事先說明)，會私訊/email 告知並起離。
  8. core team根據candidate審核期表現對candidate進行評分，平均超過 8 分即成為core team member，會公告至這份 readme 並於下一次週會/月會上口頭宣告。

Core team member 與 contributor 有何不同?

  • Core team member 為整個 SuiAudit 專案中貢獻最多的人。
  • 前者一定兼任後者，後者不一定是前者。

下次面試時間 (約 10 月底，會再更新)

  • 有興趣成為Core Team Member者請務必關注此日期。
  • core team member會給兩個時段，寫在此供candidate擇一與會，不另外提供會議時間，請candidate自行提早排開行程。
  • 面試時間會挑月底core team member最多人有空之時間。

成為 core team member 之審核期

  • 約一個月(實際會根據每個月要做的事做事前彈性調整)

    例如 09/28 的面試，因遇到 HOH 黑客松，故candidate審核期結束設為 10/22。

  • 每個月月末，所有core team member需填寫 review 表單，再根據 review 表單結果，決定candidate是否成為member。
