Single event move in recurring series leaves original event undeleted on Android 16 (Pixel 9 & 5)

When I move a single event from a recurring series, the original event doesn’t get deleted. This happens on Android 16, and both my Google Pixel 9 and Pixel 5 show the same issue. I use the premium version
