i installed immich in truenas using apps when i try to install immich dedup i always get connection error to database please help me to install the app
i presume its network error

in this section but i dont know how add a network in edit app or fix please help

It appears this might be a network isolation issue common with TrueNAS apps.
Since TrueNAS manages each app in its own isolated Docker environment, the "same-host" network approach likely won't work here.

I'd suggest trying the "different host" setup instead.
In your Immich database container config, expose the PostgreSQL port:

ports:
  - "5432:5432"

Then in Deduper's .env, set PSQL_HOST to your TrueNAS host IP address (e.g., 192.168.x.x) rather than the container name.

You could refer to the different host setup section in the README for the full configuration files.

Please also make sure your PostgreSQL password is secure since the port will be exposed to your network.
