Unable to load streams from OvenMediaEngine

I followed the Quick Start guide and I am having some issues getting my streams to load - Using OvenPlayer it attempts to load and then fails. I'm running OME and OvenPlayer in Docker on WSL2.

I seem to be able to ingest from OBS via RTMP, and I'm able to connect to OME via OvenPlayer. The stream just never loads on OvenPlayer. Here are the logs from OME:

And on the browser, console shows this error when it finally fails to load:

what was your docker command?

This issue ended up being resolved by a router reset. May have been a network configuration issue.
