Create single work via the Add New Work button:

• Add New Work button opened Type of Work selector
• Work selector opened form after selection
• Strings added to required fields and subject, file added, collection assigned, admin set assigned, public availability assigned
• Work created
• thumbnail visible in Review Submissions list
• thumbnail visible in Works and Files
• File appears in viewer
• Wikidata subject label appears in metadata
• Work found via subject term
• Admin metadata appears at bottom of work show page
• Work appears in search results after review

@CGillen in viewer, get this log-in message and image does not appear in UV.

I can't update the comment for some reason. The Wikidata subject label [Unicorn] is 'No Label Found' in data sources but the URI is saved.

Create New Collection via Add New Collection button on Collection dashboard page

• Button opens Select Type of Collection selector
• Selector opens form for new digital collection
• Filled required fields, date, ONS subject term (lookup successful), language value from list
• Saved successfully
• New collection page created and viewable; title and description display; date displays
• Subject label does not display

Batch ingest new works from above, in progress
Firefox 148.0.2 (64-bit) on Windows

• Importer page displays, fields can be filled
• Upload a File > drag and drop ❌ no progress bar (see 3447 and 3544), no indication that .zip has been uploaded at approx. 30 minutes... 1 hr... Tried refresh after one hour, back to blank importer page. .zip size under one GB (702MB)
• Upload a File > drag and drop second attempt start at 11:07 ... ❌
• Upload a File > + Add Files first attempt start at 12:23... still nothing indicated .zip was uploaded at 14:00 ❌

Exporters From Bulkrax

• Exporter from Collection
• Exporter from Local Collection
• Exporter from Importer name with file

Exporters started, gave pending status, gave completed status, created downloadable zip, zip folders opened, each csv contained expected number of works.

Create and Add to My Collection:

• Selected work to Add, create new My Collection, name and describe collection, add work to collection
• Select additional work, find new My Collection in list of available collections, add work to collection, work appears in collection member list
• My Collection 'Read More' link expands top metadata panel; 'Additional Collection Information' jumps to list of works in collection under search.
• Collection search returns results
• Sort order options adjust order as expected except Relevance (needs investigation)

@CGillen 'Relevance' sort order may need investigation. Searching in new User Collection (https://staging-v4.oregondigital.org/collections/dr26xz93d) for 'Clark' in Title field and All Fields (separately) yielded same order for Relevance sort and the work with 'Clark' in the title was second (of 2).

I also tried an importer and got same outcome.
As of 2026-03-19

• New importer loads zip folder
• load status bar displays
• importer is created, shows pending, shows completed, counts works in process, queue
• New works are in Review Submissions, can be reviewed, display in search result lists after review, open and are viewable after review

@briesenberg07 When you have a chance, can you try your importer again to confirm importers are functioning as expected?

Main Search Logged Out

• Search term yields results
• Sort Date Descending Changes order of results (latest date first, no dates after results with dates)
• Sort Date Ascending Changes order of results (earliest date first, no dates after results with dates)
• Recently Added Changes order of results (most recent first it it seems)
• Facet Values limit results (One value tried for each facet except 'Date', independent of each other)

@CGillen Date and Full Size Download Allowed do not facet same as on Staging and Production. Date was expected but FSDA was not. I will ticket for FSDA for staging and prod. See #3585
