Use report-discord.sh as the file for the time-stamp

Rather than requiring an additional file to store the time-stamp of the last use ("~/partition-usage.txt"), we could directly use the `~/report-discord.sh` and touch it after the report is sent to discord.

This would avoid requiring two files.
