Start button position

Hello.
Is it possible to adjust the Start button position like in Windows 11? On large monitors with a large diagonal, it's convenient to place the button in the center of the panel. It's shorter to reach to press it.

Open-Shell track's position of standard Windows start button.
Just set Windows to have Center aligned taskbar.
