Add in a logging feature such as ELK (https://www.elastic.co/what-is/elk-stack).
Some of these features are already available via helm chart - https://github.com/elastic/helm-charts

Goals

• Create a unified logging mechanism for OpenStudio-server
• Enable a GUI dashboard (e.g. kibana) to search and filter log messages
• Enable a CLI tool to search and filter log messages
• Maintain server existing logs for backwards compatibility.
